Time flies when you're having fun...and we are having SO MUCH fun with Lincoln. He is really growing up and developing quite the personality. At his 4 month doctor's visit last week, he was almost 15 lbs and 25 inches long. That is 50th percentile for weight and 75th percentile for length.
Last Saturday, while Chad was participating in the Bonner Springs BBQ, Lincoln and mommy had a WONDERFUL day together. We went and picked up my eye glasses, got the car washed inside and out, took Yoda for a walk and had our first stab at cereal. Lincoln only had a handful of bites, but so far so good. And after that, he was exausted so we took a nap together in the hamock outside in the back yard.
The next day, Lincoln got to go to his first Kansas City Royals baseball game. He didn't know what to think! He fell asleep in the car on the way there, but had to pry his eyes open to watch all the people and the action. He made it a couple innings before the heat started to bother him...mommy and daddy weren't disappointed. We were all ready to hit the air condition.Chad and I are so excited to continue watching Lincoln grow. He is such a special gift and we are lucky parents!
