Ranallo Housewarming Party

Today was the long awaited housewarming party for the Ranallo's (Mike aka "Bing", Penny, Michaela and Jamie). Their house is GORGEOUS and they had 75 of their closest family and friends there. No big surprise I was running around with the camera snapping pictures of the occasion.

The food was delicious, the alcohol was a plenty and the company was great. Ok, with the exception of RL. RL was a man whom Uncle Bing got to know while purchasing wine at Hy-Vee. He seemed to be a nice enough a guy until he started taking advantage of the alcohol-a-plenty I mentioned before.

Somehow he managed to spill red wine down the back of Chad's WHITE shirt and onto the carpet in the basement. My fist started to ball up but no punches were thrown :-) Then, probably less than 30 minutes later, he managed to spill MORE red wine going up the stairs, on the wall and on the railing. Did I mention it was a HOUSEWARMING party for a brand NEW house?! Needless to say that was the final straw and he was asked to leave.

But that wasn't the last of him. About an hour later we learned that he had been lingering in his car the whole time. Creepy!

The party was back in full swing quickly though thanks to the always popular towel tricks of Dan Hauger. Thanks to Dan, guests at the Bixler house will have a nice surprise on their beds when they arrive!
