Good bye W

In my personal opinion George W. Bush was a great president. History will prove that in the next 20 years. As the saying goes you don't know how good you got it until it is gone.

He was strong and rallied America during 9/11. He has pushed the terrorists back into the mountains. He has taken a dictator out of power and brought him to justice. He is stabilizing a country that has been in turmoil for decades. He has made great strides in AIDS resource and helping people in Africa with AIDS. Although the no child left behind program didn't work it got the ball rolling and hopefully in the near future we can come up with a program that gives every American citizen child a fair shot at an education. He lowered taxes and made it attainable for someone (if they are willing to work for it) to pull them self out of the lower to middle class. He lowered the capital gains tax so businesses can make more off of their investments and hire more people. Also with the lower capital gains tax it gives retired people more money in their pocket.

President Bush you didn't do everything right. No one ever does. You stood by your word, you were strong when the nation needed you to be, and personally I am better off then I was 8 years ago. So from me to you thank you for your service, Chad Bixler.
